Sharing Wikis
Control who can see your wikis — keep them private or share with your whole team.
Every wiki has one of two visibility states:
| State | Icon | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | 🔒 | Only you (the owner) |
| Shared | 🌐 | All authenticated users on the instance |
There is no per-user or per-team sharing — a wiki is either private to you or visible to everyone on the instance. Role-based access control is on the roadmap.
Sharing from the dashboard
Hover over any wiki card you own. In the bottom-right, you will see two action icons:
- Share icon (⇶) — appears when the wiki is Personal; click to make it Shared
- Lock icon (🔒) — appears when the wiki is Shared; click to make it Personal
The badge on the card updates immediately.
Sharing from the wiki viewer
Click the ↗ Share link button in the top-right corner of any page to copy a direct deep-link to that page. Recipients must be logged in to view it — if they aren't, they will be redirected to the login page first.

Deleting a wiki
- On the dashboard, hover the wiki card and click the trash (🗑) icon
- A confirmation dialog asks you to confirm — deletion is permanent
- All pages and indexed artifacts are removed from storage
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to regenerate the same repository later, you will need to re-run generation from scratch.
